Abstract structure

All abstracts should include the following components:

• Title, Author names, Affiliations, E-mail of the presenting author, Keywords, and Disclosures
• Background
• Study design
• Results
• Conclusion
• Please do not include any references.
• The abstract is limited to 1 page.

Abstract submission Guidelines

• Please submit your abstract in Word (docx.) format via the submission portal.
• Use the provided MS Word template to prepare and submit your abstract. Do not convert your abstract to PDF.
• Indicate on the online portal your preference for the abstract to be selected for a podium or a poster.
• It is the responsibility of the submitting author to communicate with other co-authors and obtain their consent.
• The abstract is limited to 1 page.
• Submissions that do not follow the guidelines stated above might not be considered.
• The organizing committee reserves the right to accept or reject the abstract.
